First, he become famous as a trumpeter, and was one of the most influential jazz singers. He expanded his music and was very successful. Louis, as I said before, was a man with a formal appearance, fun but above all with clothing fashions. His clothes were defined by the beginnings of the music he used to play, with elegance and charisma. He was a person who performed his concerts with suits and depending on the situation he was wearing a tie or a bowtie. Although he was always very elegant, he gave some attractive colours to his appearance, wearing different patterns. He took great care of his image so that his music was respected.

My favourite song from Louis Amstrong, obviously is “What a wonderful world" as the lyrics for me are so beautiful, and are the best which he had written. Although he had written it with other composers, the performance that Louis made was the best. The lyrics try to appreciate the beauty of the world and the people that inhabit it. The song also mentions the the innocence of the children and the nature. Furthermore, he wanted to make a reflection about how fortunately we must feel for the world and our lives.
​The rhythm is quite slowly but Louis sang with good attitude that makes the song special and relaxing. Now, this song is very famous but at that time wasn’t it, we have to listen the lyrics and enjoy our lives more than we are doing!
